PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For orders placed on my site for delivery to a New Zealand address:
Delivery can be expected within 2-4 working days once your order and payment is received. It may take a little longer for rural deliveries. Please feel free to reach out if you don’t see your order within a week. A tracking number can be provided for all NZ deliveries.

For orders placed on my site for delivery to an international address:
Delivery usually takes anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks once your order and payment is received but of late things often take a little longer - especially deliveries into the USA and Canada. Thanks for your patience! If you have any concerns about where your delivery is contact us and we will look into it for you.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

When you purchase a digital download a confirmation of purchase email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout. In that email will be a link(s) to download the file(s) for the product(s) purchased. Click on the link and the relevant file will download (MP3s for songs) to your downloads folder. Please keep in mind that links expire after 24 hours. If you try to access them afterwards a new email will be sent to you.


PAYMENT & RETURNS

I use a secure 3rd party payment gateway (Stripe) so payment can be made by any means they accept. I don’t receive sensitive information such as your credit card details - just what you have ordered and address/contact details for delivery.

As far as returns go, please make sure you really want what you decide to purchase before hitting that final payment button. All products (digital and physical) purchased via this website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case where the product is faulty, is delivered damaged, or your order is incorrectly fulfilled.
